This service enables you to certify an Addendum that includes any modification or addition to the original service agent contract, whether by increasing or decreasing the capital or any of the other terms of the contract​

Service Process

  • Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels.
  • Pay the prescribed fees after the application is approved.
  • Going to the notary public to sign and receive the Addendum of the certified service agent contract.

  •  Emirates ID + Copy of it + Trade License + Power of Attorney
  • The Document to be notarized "Power of Attorney" copies of the number of the concerned parties + a copy for preservation.
Fees

Fees

  • For any contract/ document of less than AED 50,000 or of unspecified value: AED 500.
  • For any contract/ document of more than AED 50,000 and less than AED 200,000: AED 1,000
  • For any contract/ document of more than AED 200,000: 0.5% of the document value, capped at AED 20,000.

  • ​The presence of the person concerned or his representative under an official power of attorney
  • The statement of claim must be signed and include clearly the data and information of the parties and addresses.
  • That the applicant has the capacity to act
