Through this service, you can request the Public Prosecution to transfer traffic violations to the court for the purpose of objecting to or discounting them.

Service Process

  • Submit the application and required documents through available channels.
  • Proof of appearance before the relevant court or prosecution office using any available means, if needed
  • Applicant pays the fine value through available channels
  • Get a proof of cancelation the wanted order

  • Valid Emirates ID
  • Notarized power of attorney, in case of proxy
  • Copy of lawyer’s or his delegate’s license card, if the request is submitted through a lawyer
  • Commercial license if the request is made in the name of a company
  • Approved list of the traffic fines from the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police
