Through this service, you can apply for serving a warning, notification, or legal notice whereby the bailiff will notify the respondent about the necessity of paying a certain amount, fulfilling his obligations under a contract, or any other legal facts that the applicant wishes to convey to the respondent._

- Submit the application and required documents through available channels.
- Pay the prescribed fees
- Receive a proof of serving the warning / legal notice

- Valid Emirates ID card
- Notarised power of attorney, in case of proxy
- Lawyer’s or delegate’s card if the application is submitted by a lawyer
- Commercial license if the application is submitted under the name of the license.
- The legal notice/ warning form to be served

- AED 400 for regular notices
- AED 600 for publicising a notice

- The purpose of serving the warning/ legal notice must be clear and free from any ambiguity
- Addresses of parties must be clearly included.
