This service allows you to attest a POA under which the principal appoints another person to act on his behalf in relation to any delegable matters. He may also authorise the attorney’s signature._

- Submit the application and required documents through any available channels.
- Pay the applicable fees once the request is approved.
- Verify your appearance before the Notary Public to sign and receive the notarised Power of Attorney.

The document "Power of Attorney "to be attested: one copy for each concerned party + a copy for the records

In case of proxy, a notarised power of attorney; original for review+ a copy for the records.

- AED 100 for each year of the POA term, with a maximum term of 3 years.

- Presence of the applicant (principal)
- If the person concerned or one of the parties fails to attend or is incapacitated, debilitated or is a legal person, the application must be submitted by a person acting on their behalf legally or lawfully, with the proof evidencing so.
- If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice.
- Any document issued outside the country must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- The document terms shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion.
