Through this service, you can apply for notarising a POA whereby the principal appoints another person to act on his behalf in every permissible and known matter related to shares in any or all companies. He may also authorise the attorney’s signature._

Service Process
- Submit the application and required documents through any available channels.
- Pay the applicable fees once the request is approved.
- Verify your appearance before the Notary Public through any available means.
- Receive the notarised POA.

- AED 100 for each year of the POA validity
Rules and Conditions
Rules and Conditions
- The maximum period for the POA validity is 3 calendar years after the date of notarisation.
- If the applicant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others.
- If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice.
- • Any document issued abroad must be attested by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
- • The POA clauses shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion
