Service Process
- Submit the application and required documents through available channels.
- The request is presented to the competent public prosecutor
- Receive a copy of the permission to report an incidence, in case of approval

- Notarized power of attorney, in case of proxy
- Copy of lawyer’s or his delegate’s license card, if the request is submitted through a lawyer
- Commercial license if the request is made in the name of a company
