  1. Registration of a labor complaint.
  2. The complaint investigation stage.
  3. The stage of taking action by the competent employee.
  4. Close the complaint

Required Documents

  1. Supporting documents for the labor complaint, if any.
  2. Attach a letter from the free zones and those in their jurisdiction to refer the complaint to the judiciary.

Rules and Conditions

  • Submission of the application by the applicant.
  • Enter the work permit number or the establishment number for the workers registered in the ministry / Emirates ID number for the UAE national.
  • Entering the data of the application and labor claims.
  • Not having a complaint under consideration by the same person or a complaint referred to the judiciary when the complaint of work absconding is registered.
