Through this service, you can apply for removing your attorney whenever you wish; provided that the power of attorney is not issued for the benefit of the attorney nor does it involve a right of a third- party. You may revoke the POA partially or wholly.

Service Process

  • Submit the application and required documents through any available channels.
  • Pay the applicable fees once the request is approved.
  • Verify your  appearance before the Notary Public through any available means.
  • Receive the proof of POA cancellation.​

Rules and Conditions

  • The principal shall undertake to notify his attorney of being removed him from the POA.
  • If the applicant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others.
  • If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified  by the Ministry of Justice.
  • Any document issued abroad must be attested by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
